Outstanding service. Jacob is the best. Bought a new Honeywell wifi thermostat that worked for about 10 minutes. Jacob came back and ran through an excellent troubleshooting sequence to determine the device was defective. Returning to Amazon.

Cannot say enough good things! After calling over a dozen HVAC companies for an emergency visit, they were the only ones that could come same-day. The problem was fixed and our air is back on, and the service was exceptional. We will be doing all our business with this company from now on.

Joe from McCall's Heating and Air stopped by today for my semi-annual Geothermal 5 Ton maintenance check. Joe was outstanding, as he checked, serviced and cleaned everything very throughly, all the while explaining in layman's terms what he was doing. I was surprised to learn that McCall's goes above and beyond the call in protecting the environment by preventing the release of hydrocarbons into the atmosphere. McCall's has fantastic maintenance and install technicians, and Joe is the Best of the Best. I just had a new Trane HVAC sytem installed. The experience was GREAT, from the promptness of the owner Bryant to provide me with a reasonable estimate for a new system and the installation by the McCall's team, these installers are top notch. I do not hesitate to highly recommend McCall's to anyone looking to have a new system installed or repairs made on an exsisting system.

I am a new customer to McCall's HVAC, and I cannot be more pleased - they are terrific! My A/C died late afternoon on Thursday, July 1,2021. I called the original installer and McCall's. The original installer was a quick responder, but was not at all clear on how long it would take or how much it would cost to fix the problem. McCall was here early Friday, July 2, and gave me a thorough analysis, a very reasonable cost, and a firm delivery of the next business day, July 6. The other company gave me a much higher cost and a very uncertain date as to when they could do the job. McCall's was here early on the promised date and installed the new system complete by 1:00 PM that day. All of the McCall's people - Sean, Catfish, and Josh - were very professional and personable. I am definitely a satisfied McCall's customer and highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with McCall's HVAC customer service. We had an issue over the weekend, and McCall's came out as soon as possible on Monday to assess the problem. Gary was very accommodating and our furnace is back in working order. Sue is also very pleasant to work with and is always prompt in her response to our requests.

Our ac went out in our rental house and Tim B was out the same day diagnosed the problem and had a new outdoor unit installed that same day. Tim B was very knowledgeable and was a hard worker. We definitely will be using McCalls HVAC again!

My sister has been having issues with her AC, and McCalls came out very quickly. Tim B was great and very professional, and got the unit replaced the same day.

We called late last night due to our system not working. They promptly sent out Tim Bowles to run a diagnostic on the system. He was quick and professional and quickly figured out our issues. Hopefully the part comes in quickly and can be replaced as quickly as it was diagnosed.

McCall's has been serving our business for years now. I had them come out to do my personal home and I was very impressed with Tim who came out. He was very knowledgeable on what my units needed and what steps I could take to get it done. I was very pleased with the service.
